Our unit begins it's long journey under a drill press. A 6" diameter hole is centered and drilled to allow for your "money shot" to go through with sheer accuracy.

The hole is centered 9" below the top center of the unit, as shown on the left.

Next, the 6" hole is smoothed out with a power-router.

Hand crafting like this is very difficult to find. This explains why each unit is built to such high standards.

Then, a bracket is adhered with wood screws. This hinge allows for maximum portability. Did you know: The unit folds up to only 3" inches thick?. Right into the trunk it goes!
